The Neiman Marcus Group sends and receives VICS documents via the InterTrade Systems Trade Links web-van. By using the InterTrade network or an interconnect between your existing network and the InterTrade network, you may send or receive documents between your existing network and the InterTrade network.

NMG accesses the network for pickup and delivery on a daily basis.

Transmission Costs
We would like to establish the partnership based on mutually beneficial objectives, in most cases NMG and your company shares the transmission costs. Your company pays the cost of sending your documents to your third party network and receiving your NMG documents from the InterTrade network. The Neiman Marcus Group pays the cost of receiving your documents from the InterTrade network and sending our generated documents to the network. Please ensure this arrangement is established prior to contacting EDI for testing.

There may be situations where a vendor will be asked to support additional costs for a specific document.
