Import Vendors using third-party distributors must adhere to all mandatory guidelines.
Below you will find the requirements by classification. If you have any questions, please contact Cliff Roberts at 903-233-5628 or cliff_roberts@neimanmarcus.com. Failure to comply with requirements will result in a compliance chargeback. Click here for Neiman Marcus Stores Chargeback Codes.
General Guidelines Separate manifest for store 079 (Lockerstock/MSC) Store 079 will be on a separate PO from the rest of the full line stores. Single style/Sku must be shipped 100% complete. This department number determines if the merchandise is considered to be a hanging or hard goods department. Hard Goods Guidelines Carton size must not exceed 24 L X 15 W X 16 H. Individual cartons must not exceed 30 pounds. Exception: Single unit per carton. These cases must be approved by LS committee and the vendor is not subjected to a chargeback.
