After completing steps 1 and 2, start the mapping process with the 832, 850 and 997.  The next transaction is the 856 Advance Ship Notice

o       Store 50 Neiman Marcus Direct

o       Store 60 Neiman Marcus Direct

o       Store 80 Neiman Marcus Direct

o       Store 63 Bergdorf Goodman

o       Store 64 Bergdorf Goodman

·        Do not send an ASN for Direct to Store Shipments.

·        Do not discontinue pre-ticketing merchandise until your vendor tag has been approved.

Test Documents

·        All test documents sent to NMG should have a “T” in the ISA15 data segment. 

·        Neiman Marcus cannot guarantee that test documents sent in production (“P”) will be tested.

·        Once you have completed testing and have verified results, all documents should contain a “P” for production in the data element ISA15.
